At GOAT Wheels, we believe in our products and it's in our DNA to provide 100% customer satisfaction. That's why we've decided to set up a satisfaction guaranteed program. In concrete terms, once you've received your eligible wheels, you have 7 days to test them, and if you don't like them, you can let us know and get your money back (see Terms & Conditions).
The guarantee applies for 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the eligible product ordered.
Only wheel models in our website catalog with the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" badge are eligible.
The satisfaction guarantee does not cover tires, tubes, discs or cassettes. Only wheels will be reimbursed.
Please contact us quickly via the tab support form. We will guide you through the process. The equipment ordered must be returned in its entirety, clean, undamaged and protected in its original packaging according to the instructions received beforehand, within 7 days. If we approve your demand, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods, as well as any customs duties (UK, Switzerland, Norway).
Refunds may take up to 15 days to process after receipt of the items at our warehouse and verification by us.
