Our Hubs
Our selection of hubs is based on the French brand Aivee® and the Belgian brand Erase Components®. Featuring a classic, elegant look combined with Jbend or straightpull spokes depending on the model, our selection prioritizes weight/geometry/reliability with simplified maintenance. The hubs we offer all have excellent properties and bearing qualities to provide our wheels with the best possible dynamic behavior.
Aivee hubs feature 48 points of engagement (7.5°) versus 36 (10°) for Erase to transmit your pedaling torque. The body of all these hubs is made of 7075T6 aeronautical aluminum. Erase hubs are equipped with large stainless steel ball bearings (TPI Bearings®), while Aivee hubs are fitted with Swiss ceramic bearings: renowned for their low friction and extreme reliability.
All these hubs give our wheels optimized stiffness for a very low weight (from 320g per pair depending on the freewheel body at Aivee) that will suit every rider, and reliability over time.
Our Spokes
We fully trust the internationally renowned Belgian brand Sapim® to equip our wheels. With a history of over 100 years of activity, the brand is recognized for the quality of its manufacturing as well as its reliability.
We selected the CX-Ray and CX-Sprint models (this one equips our rear wheels on the freewheel side).
Made of stainless steel (AISI 302), they are recognized as being the most durable and reliable spokes on the market.
They both offer an aerodynamic elliptical profile which provides better air penetration with a width of 0.9 mm for the CX-Ray (i.e. 0.9/2.2) and 1.25 mm (i.e. 1.25 /2,3) for the CX-Sprint.
The CX-Ray offers a resistance of 1600 N/mm2 on its middle part. Its weight is approximately 4.7g depending on the size: it is almost as light as a titanium spoke. In addition to its good rigidity in response to your pedal strokes, this spoke offers great elasticity which improves the comfort of our wheels.
The CX-Sprint offers a resistance of 1430 N/mm2 on its middle part. Its weight is around 5.5g depending on the size: the latter is a little less elastic but more rigid than its big brother.
Installed on the freewheel side of our wheels to balance tensions, the extra power provided is very noticeable when dancing.
Sapim CX-Ray
Our Rims
Our choice of rims focuses exclusively on products molded with a combination of carbon fiber such as Toray T700 & T800: Torayca®, based in Japan, being the world leader in carbon fiber. The intelligent positioning of these 2 fibers on our rims gives great rigidity to the whole but also an impressive lightness/impact resistance ratio to our rims.
Our Gravel rims are equipped with Hookless technology: this has the effect of rounding the tire profile, which offers better traction and rolling resistance during use. The use of lower tire pressure further improves this traction/rolling resistance and is perfectly compatible with tubeless technology. It should be noted that Hookless rims are also more resistant to vertical impacts.
Some of our rims are asymmetrical: this makes it possible to further harmonize the tension of the spokes and offers the possibility of having potentially stiffer wheels whose attributes then remain more durable over time.

Bicycle Wheel Balancing
Due to its nature, the assembly of an untreated wheel dynamically induces a mass imbalance that is imposed mainly by the weight of the valve. Wheels that are not dynamically balanced have a "vibration" effect during use: this is noticeable during use, particularly at high speeds (+40 km/h).
When your wheels are ordered with our tires (prerequisite), a dynamic balancing treatment is provided free of charge by us to your wheels.
Please note that this treatment is not offered (or only partially) by the major wheel brands (Zipp, Campagnolo, DTSwiss, etc.).
Executed simply by means of lead tape strategically placed on the rim, they guarantee perfect balance during use.
The result is a reduction in vibrations of about 90%, an increase in efficiency of about 3 to 5%, and potentially extended equipment lifespan of about 10%.
