So, once you receive your eligible wheels, you have 7 days to test them and request a refund if you don't like anything (see Terms & Conditions).
The guarantee applies for 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the eligible product ordered.
Only wheel models in our website catalog with the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" badge are eligible.
The Satisfaction Guaranteed does not cover tires, tubes, discs or cassettes. Only wheels will be refund.
Please contact us quickly here. We will guide you through the process. Thus, in the event of support, the cost of returning the equipment as well as any customs fees will be your responsibility.
Refunds may take up to 15 days to process after receipt of the items at our warehouse and verification by us.
