Regular maintenance of your GOAT Wheels is recommended to preserve all their properties and extend their life. We offer you a unique maintenance package with a review of all components (see task listing below).
Every year or 5000km for the heaviest riders.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to ship your equipment.
Once your wheels have been received, please allow 7 to 15 days for intervention, to which must be added the time required for return shipment (48 hours for mainland France, 3 to 5 days for other countries).
Return shipping costs to our workshop are entirely at your expense. We offer free shipping on all wheels returned to Metropolitan France, European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. They are €130 to the USA and Canada.
Yes, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you upon shipment.
Once you have entered your shipping address on our website, the amount of VAT to be paid will appear as zero. You will then be invoiced exclusive of VAT. VAT and any customs charges (in accordance with the laws of the country of receipt) will be payable on receipt of your order.
Currently, only GOAT Wheels are supported. For all other brands, please contact your local bicycle store.
Yes, it’s quite possible.
Clean your rims regularly (ideally after each ride) with a specific product (bike cleaner/degreaser: do not use products containing alcohol). Dry with a microfiber cloth only (to avoid scratches).
Have your wheels checked every year or every 5000km.
