At GOAT Wheels, it’s in our DNA to strive for 100% customer satisfaction. That’s why we’ve decided to set up a satisfaction guarantee program. So, once you’ve received your eligible wheels, you have 7 days to test them and ask for a refund if you don’t like anything (see Terms & Conditions).
The guarantee applies for 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the eligible product ordered.
Only wheel models in our website catalog with the “Satisfaction Guaranteed” badge are eligible.
The satisfaction guarantee does not cover tires, tubes, discs or cassettes. Only wheels will be reimbursed.
Please contact us quickly here. We will guide you through the process. In the event of a takeover, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the equipment, as well as any customs duties.
Refunds may take up to 15 days to process once we have received the items and verified them.
